After we've done the screening and welcomed you to the platform, you can create your profile. The better your profile, the higher the chances a client picks your team. A high quality profile contains:
Jobs are submitted to us. Clients either have picked a team or we will propose the best matching team. For each job, we propose only 1 team. The proposal for the client we will develop together. There is no bidding mechanism.
Ekipa goes multichannel to promote your teams and offer them to clients: ✓ (Mobile friendly) online portal of Ekipa.co ✓ Direct selling - we spend a lot of time selling directly developing sales/leads ✓ Affiliates/partners - Ekipa runs a network of regional/country partners; these represent Ekipa as local reps, develop leads, prospect and can directly (e.g. F2F) speak with them. Currently, Ekipa has reps in US, UK, ANZ, Germany, Sweden and Spain. To ensure both parties communicate well and deliver on commitments, payments will be processed through Ekipa’s escrow service. It means that clients transfer (regular periodical amounts) funds to Ekipa and command Ekipa to release the funds to you, subject to deliveries agreed in your contract. For this, you will sign an Escrow Agreement with Ekipa.This way, you can ensure you are protected from the ‘accounts receivables’ problem and clients make sure they get their deliveries.
